National Sales Manager - E-learning

— RESPONSIBILITIES —

As the first France employee of this European firm, you will lead the set-up of the company’s commercial operations in France. The role will report into the Global Head of Sales.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Promote and sell the concept to medium/large corporates in France
  • Contribute to the setup of efficient sales processes, tools and reporting (tracking the full funnel from lead gen down to deal making and renewals), coordinating with the Head of Sales
  • Set up a local Customer Success Team (in the near future) to provide service excellence to clients and maximise renewals /up-sells, coordinating with the Head of Customer Success

— MAIN REQUIREMENTS —

  • Proven track record of selling software and/or services to medium/large corporates, ideally within the L&D / People Development space
  • Solid network of relationships at HR Director / L&D Manager level in France
  • Knowledge of how to setup efficient Sales and Customer Success Operations
  • Presence. You position yourself as a credible advisor when approaching leads
  • A real entrepreneurial streak. This will be your baby. You embrace the risks and clearly see the opportunity
