— MISSION —
They are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager to support their head office in Italy with office administration.
— RESPONSIBILITIES —
- Producing Monthly Management Accounts
- Reporting of financials to the international controller
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Imputing expenses
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Liaising with the company’s accountants in the preparation of annual accounts, corporation tax etc
- Office Administration
- Managing all office expenses
- Procuring all office items including stationary, office sundries, food/beverage supplies, cleaning products etc
- Liaising with office suppliers including cleaners, utility providers, office landlord etc
- Office calendar, staff attendance and holiday register Executive Support
- Arranging meetings
— REQUIREMENTS —
- Bookkeeping/ accounting qualifications
- Demonstrable expertise in operating and managing accounting software (2year+ experience)
- Legally be allowed to work in the Dubai
- 5 years plus overall experience
- Fluency in Arabic
- Ability to speak Italian is a bonus
