— MISSION —
Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager of our client, the Retail Manager is in charge of developing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned POS.
— RESPONSIBILITIES —
- Promoting and supporting the sales of the company’s products and brands in the assigned POS;
- Managing the 3D projects, by supporting the Marketing Department (supplying all necessary info regarding the POS evaluating products and sales data);
- Supporting the sales force by training on products (technical features, materials, mechanisms, etc.) use of company’s portal and other sales tools;
- Give Partners all necessary advises about product display, Visual Merchandising; customers management in the POS, marketing plan, local promotional activities;
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Participating to international and local fairs (ex: Cologne, Milan)

- Meets regional sales objectives determined and agreed with the UK & Ireland Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers
— MAIN REQUIREMENTS —
- At least 3 years experience in Store Management
- Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and organised, pro-active and hungry to win business
Background in Interior Design
- Well organised with the ability to work under pressure, priorities and complete tasks
- Availability to travel 2/3 days per week in UK
