— RESPONSIBILITIES —
- Formulate sales strategy incorporating the sales plan
- Communicate the full portfolio of talent management services to target clients
- Grow high potential accounts internationally
- Long term client relationship management
— MAIN REQUIREMENTS —
- Solutions selling experience preferably within a service industry
- Large account management capability
- Good business and financial sense together with natural marketing ability
- A strategic outlook combined with a hands-on operational style
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- You must be able to demonstrate initiative, tenacity and charisma with a natural ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
