* Formulate sales strategy incorporating the sales plan
* Communicate the full portfolio of talent management services to target clients
* Grow high potential accounts internationally
* Long term client relationship management
* Solutions selling experience preferably within a service industry
* Large account management capability
* Good business and financial sense together with natural marketing ability
* A strategic outlook combined with a hands-on operational style
* Excellent presentation and communications skills
* You must be able to demonstrate initiative, tenacity and charisma with a natural ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
