Data Protection

The Data Protection Bill was published on 14 September 2017 with the scope to modernise data protection laws in the United Kingdom and it will get into force on 25 May 2018.
It also has a part that transposes the EU Data Protection Directive 2016/680 (Law Enforcement Directive) into domestic UK law. The Directive complements the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Part 3 of the Bill sets out the requirements for the processing of personal data for criminal ‘law enforcement purposes’.

The independent body set up to uphold information rights in the United Kingdom is ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).

ExecutiveSurf LTD as a recruitment consultancy, is collecting data with the sole purpose of making a theoretical match between the profiles in our database and relevant career opportunities and initiatives that clients retain us to work on.

We will only contact the profiles in our database if we believe we have a match or if we have information to send them that is relevant and of potential career interest as a professional.

We also confirm that we will never send these profiles any generic marketing communications.

For any enquiry related to the data we store and how we process it, please write to us at dataprotection@executivesurf.com
