The group behind the recent Sony hacking scandal has struck again, this time breaking into the News International servers, bringing down its websites and redirecting visitors to the thesun.co.uk to a fake story that Rupert Murdoch had been found dead.

Everything Everywhere’s chief executive Tom Alexander is leaving the company on 31 August and will be replaced by France Telecom-Orange vice-president of European activities and sourcing Olaf Swantee.

Kelkoo, the shopping comparison site, has appointed Premier Inn’s head of marketing Steve Conway to the newly created role of European brand marketing director.

Helen Page, managing director for marketing and innovation, UK retail, at RBS, is expected to leave the bank.

Page, who oversees marketing across the RBS and NatWest brands, is understood to be in discussions over a possible departure. It is not known whether she has another job to go to.

The corporate and investment banking arm of RBC appointed John Perkins as co-head of the U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Perkins joins from CBRE Capital Advisors , where he was senior managing director and co-head of Real Estate Investment Banking in the Americas.

CREDIT SUISSE

The bank has appointed Carl Bautista, Mervyn Chow and George Pavey as co-heads of its global markets solutions group (GMSG) for Asia Pacific, IFR reported.

MERRILL LYNCH WEALTH MANAGEMENT

The unit of Bank of America Corp said it appointed David Harrison as a portfolio manager within the Merrill Lynch Portfolio Managers (MLPM) business and he will be based in London.

TEMASEK’S SEATOWN

Nasser Ahmad, co-chief executive of Seatown, a multi-billion dollar investment firm set up by state investor Temasek in 2010, will leave the firm, a source said on Monday.

BNP PARIBAS SECURITIES SERVICES

The unit of the BNP Paribas Group appointed Peter Soesbeek as head of corporates and issuers in the Netherlands. He joins from Equity Trust where he worked as global head of structured finance.

UBS

The company said it appointed four regional heads for its Global Equities Structuring (GES). Eric Bensoussan joins as EMEA head of GES and managing director, based in London, while Daryl Chen joins as APAC head, based in Hong Kong. Elaine Chow will be the Australian head, based in Sydney and Chris Leone the Americas head, based in Stamford.

JP MORGAN PRIVATE BANK

The private banking unit of JP Morgan appointed Kirit Chauhan as managing director, Banker of India Offshore Team, based in Dubai. The bank also appointed Nisar Sindhi as executive director, Banker of India Offshore Team, based in Dubai, and Deepak Saluja as executive director, Banker of India Offshore Team based in Singapore.

GRYPHON INVESTORS

The private equity firm said its portfolio company Synteract Inc, a global contract research organization, appointed Wendel Barr as chief executive.

FISCHER FRANCIS TREES & WATTS

The global fixed income partner of BNP Paribas Investment Partners promoted Cedric Scholtes to Head of Global Rates.

DC ADVISORY PARTNERS

The corporate finance firm appointed Philipp Gutzwiller as managing director. Based in London, Gutzwiller will be responsible for advising clients in the healthcare sector across Europe.

EVOLUTION SECURITIES

The UK investment bank said it appointed Ian Gordon as head of banks’ research. Gordon joins from Exane BNP Paribas.
