Steve Gatfield, the former Lowe Worldwide chief executive, is joining Naked Communications as its global co-chairman.
Based in New York, Gatfield will work alongside Naked founder Jon Wilkins, who also becomes co-chairman across Naked’s network of 14 agencies.

The retail mutual funds arm of Germany’s Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) appointed Michael Woods as regional head of DWS Investments U.S., in addition to his current role as U.S. head of distribution. Woods joined DWS in August 2009.

The asset management arm of British insurer Aviva appointed Chris Blair as managing director of institutional sales. Blair, who joins from Aon Hewitt, will be based in Aviva Investors’ Chicago office.

The credit and debit card processing network appointed John Sulca as interim controller and principal accounting officer of the company, following the resignation of Melissa Ballenger on Monday.

The provider of foreign exchange and international payment services said it appointed Michael Ball as chief financial officer, effective September.

MORGAN MCKINLEY

The global professional recruiter appointed Steve Leeson, Joe Davies and Hakan Enver to its financial services division.

Leeson joined as operations director of new business and Enver as operations director of permanent business at the financial services division. Davies joined as an associate director at permanent business.

BDO LLP

The accounting and professional services firm said it appointed Tom Taylor as risk director.
