Jimmy Choo brand finds new owner as founder stays on. Jimmy Choo, the luxury brand known for its women’s shoes, is to be acquired by Labelux, a privately-held luxury goods group, for an undisclosed sum.
Tamara Mellon, the founder and chief creative officer of Jimmy Choo, and chief executive officer Joshua Schulman, will stay on board and are investing in the Labelux subsidiary established to own Jimmy Choo.
ITV branded entertainment and digital sales director Gary Knight is to take the newly created role of commercial content director.
His remit will include work with the newly-formed client activation team. He will report to Simon Daglish director of multiplatform and partnerships.
