To keep pace with our exponential growth across Europe and continue expanding our client portfolio in the United Kingdom and Ireland, we are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing this market. The Sales team is the first and pivotal step in the Enterprise sales process and has played a huge part in Tour organisation's success over the past five years. The role entails exploring and analysing prospective customers’ specific challenges and needs, giving targeted product demos, guiding them through platform trials, negotiating contracts and ensuring their smooth transition to our Customer Success team. The role is key for our company’s continued success, providing great learning and career growth opportunities. We count on you to make a difference. You will be part of an energetic International BU team and work primarily on the UKI market, as well as possibly Germany, Benelux, and/or the Nordics. You will work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, surrounded by smart, ambitious colleagues who will be keen to share their expertise and learn from you. We will provide you with the resources and support to sell our solutions effectively and take your career to the next level. You’ll work either from our soon-to-be-established London office, or from home, with frequent business trips across UKI.



  • Utilise your sales and marketing skills and leverage your own business network(s) to nurture leads and find potential clients in your market
  • Understand the UK market and the challenges prospects face
  • Map accounts’ key decision makers in human resources, learning & development, strategy, finance, procurement, marketing, sales, innovation, and digital transformation functions, identifying their purchase obstacles and understanding how our solutions could benefit them
  • With the support of our Pre-sales, Business consulting, Finance, Legal and Ops teams
  • Pitch our solution via engaging presentations and targeted platform demos
  • Guide and assist prospective customers through platform trials to ensure our value offering is properly perceived
  • Create and nurture executive relationships in your own right while positioning our executive team
  • Negotiate fees and Service Level Agreements
  • Leading efforts to establish, develop, expand and grow our client portfolio, market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
  • Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and additional opportunities across named accounts
  • Provide feedback to ensure continuous strategy and process optimisation
  • Establish, develop and maintain our great relationships with our ecosystem as a whole (e.g. Analysts, Partners, Integrators, Industry Organisations



  • No less than 5 years’ experience selling business software and/or IT solutions in SaaS enterprise business solutions to CFO/CHRO/CMO/CPO/CEO
  • Experience selling in HCM domain or sensitivity to HR suite (Learning & Development, Talent, Performance) is a plus but not obligatory
  • Proven track record in target achievement
  • Strong vocation for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships
  • Ability to follow sales processes while utilising dedicated sales enablement tools (CRMs / Sales Acceleration platforms)
  • Understanding of the digital learning and/or marketing ecosystem as a whole
  • Knowledge of or interest in human resources, learning & development, strategy, finance, procurement, marketing, sales, innovation, and digital transformation functions. The documented existence and maintenance of personal and professional network(s) within those functions across the UK is considered a significant plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or bilingual level)
  • Fluency in Dutch, German, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Good academic qualifications: Bachelors degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology), or equivalent/higher. Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
