The company is looking for an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to relaunch their Global Customer Loyalty Program. Based in their Global Headquarters in Italy, this position offers the opportunity to define and guide the Loyalty Program strategy of one of the worlds leading denim brands. You will be accountable for customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for the program as well as its sales contribution to the overall business.

Positioned within the Global Omni-channel CRM team, the Loyalty Program Manager will report directly to the Global Head of the CRM and have two direct reports themselves. You will collaborate cross functionally to facilitate development and delivery of loyalty concepts and marketing activities. To successfully bring your vision for the program to life, you will partner with both Regional and HQ teams in all parts of the business including the E-commerce, Marketing, Legal, Data Analytics and Customer Service teams.

The main responsibility of the European Loyalty Program Manager is to role out a new omni-channel customer loyalty program across Europe. You will ensure that the customer’s journey through the loyalty program is seamless and effective across all channels as well as ensure that the program stays relevant for the target demographic.
